common Geotechnical issues. Hand in hand with the Geotechnical aspects, transfer that over
to the foundation interaction with these soils. By providing both Geotechnical and Structural
Foundation designs, the Client can expect the highest quality product for their project. This
includes discussion of the economics of each option, as well as the anticipated performance to
allow the owners to make the best decision for their project.
