Jeff Isbell, P.E.

Jeff has more than 24 years of extensive geotechnical and foundation design experience. He has supervised the completion of numerous geotechnical subsurface investigations, foundation designs, deep foundation design projects, and oversight of construction of shallow and deep foundation systems, post-construction evaluation and analysis, soil densification, construction materials inspection and construction management. His experience also includes geotechnical design for foundations and underground structures for a variety of projects including bridges, machine foundations, equipment installations, oil/gas facilities, public facilities, and commercial projects. His work has included project management and design on projects for many municipalities, transportation entities, athletic facilities, along with new campus and educational facility improvement projects.

Troy Benavidez

Lead Drilling Superintendent
Troy has years of experience in utility construction and soil construction projects. With his
knowledge of soil types and encountered soil conditions, he provides drilling and sampling

services for PRIME. Troy focuses on coordinating with Clients for site access, location of borings,
soil sampling, and logging of soil conditions.

Robert Reasor

Geotechnical Project Manager and Lab Supervisor
Robert has over 8 years of experience providing testing services within our soil lab. Rob
completes all Geotechnical testing including plasticity index testing, swell tests, moisture checks,
unconfined compression testing, soil logging, and report preparation. Rob also coordinates
Geotechnical projects to ensure all projects are set up correctly and the proper final reports are
provided to the client.

Keegan Foster

Drilling Assistant and Soil Logging
Keegan was raised in the farming community and has knowledge of different soil types. After 2
years of training in the lab and on the drilling rig, Keegan is responsible for soil sampling and
logging during the drilling operations. He provides coordination on site and also provides
maintenance of drilling equipment as needed.
